1. Scope of Services

RADcreative provides digital services including, but not limited to:

• Funnel and landing page builds

• Email setup and basic automation

• Structured backend systems using third-party platforms (such as systeme.io)

Each service is delivered based on the specific offer selected at the time of purchase (Starter Build, Core Build, Full Build, or other services as listed).

2. Project Scope & Limitations

Each offer includes a clearly defined scope.

• Starter Build includes a single-page setup with basic email connection

• Core Build includes one complete funnel flow

• Full Build includes a more customized structure based on agreed scope

Any additional pages, features, integrations, or requests outside the defined scope may require an additional fee.

RADcreative reserves the right to determine what falls within or outside the scope of the selected service.

3. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide requested information, content, and access in a timely manner

• Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe

• Attend scheduled calls (if applicable)

Delays in communication or missing information may result in project delays.

4. Timeline

Project timelines begin after:

• Payment is received

• Required intake form is completed

• Necessary access and materials are provided

Estimated timelines:

• Starter Build: 3–5 business days

• Core Build: 5–7 business days

• Full Build: 7–10+ business days (depending on scope)

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on responsiveness and project complexity.

5. Revisions

• Starter Build includes minimal adjustments to ensure functionality

• Core and Full Builds include up to two (2) rounds of revisions

Revisions are intended for refinement, not full redesigns or changes in direction.

Additional revisions may be billed separately.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated

• Payments are processed securely through the platform provided

• No work will begin until payment is received

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and time-based work:

👉 All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Once a project has begun, resources, time, and expertise have been allocated and cannot be reversed.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While RADcreative builds structured systems designed to function effectively:

• No guarantees are made regarding income, leads, sales, or business performance

• Results depend on multiple factors including offer quality, marketing efforts, and consistency

9. Third-Party Platforms

RADcreative utilizes third-party platforms (such as systeme.io) to build and deliver services.

• You are responsible for maintaining your account with these platforms

• RADcreative is not responsible for platform outages, limitations, or changes

10. Ongoing Support

Services provided are project-based.

• Ongoing management, updates, or support are not included unless explicitly stated

• Additional support or updates can be requested at an additional cost

11. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You own the final deliverables created for your business

• RADcreative retains the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes

12. Limitation of Liability

RADcreative is not liable for:

• Business outcomes or performance

• Technical issues related to third-party platforms

• Indirect or consequential damages

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Agreement

By purchasing any product or service from RADcreative, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
